It's been awhile. Just wanted to catch everyone up on what's been going on. Yesterday I just finished up my 6 week class at Capes Coaching (www.capesco.com). It was the best 6 weeks and the best $400 I had ever spent. The help, support and realization I got during the duration of these past weeks have been amazing. I am so ready to work (and work hard) at achieving my One Year Goal. My classmates were absolutely wonderful. The support I got was something that not everyone in this business has. It was great to realize that I wasn't alone in my thoughts, fears, and stress. Together, along with the guidence of Dave Mowers (who is amazing and such a wonderful person to know), we all got thru our 6 weeks with confidence, pride and a lot more power inside of ourselves. And what a feeling that is. It was only 3 months ago when I thought I was going to have a breakdown. I wasn't myself and knew that. I had never felt so lost in my entire life. And then I found "The Path" at Capes Coaching. It changed my life. I know it did. There are friends of mine out there who are in the same boat as I am. Feeling the same way I did (and sometimes still do..but not as often and not as bad). I keep bringing up this class and how great it was- how it clarified everything I wanted to do. I can't say enough about The Path. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. It's just fantastic. And they offer private coaching, audition sessions, career counseling, etc. They're a great company with an extremely supportive and attentive staff. Seriously, go check the out. They're great. I can't say it enough.
